Electronic notarization refers to a notarial act that is performed electronically by a notary public who uses seals and signatures on documents.
1. After booking an appointment, you will have the option of uploading your Unsigned Documents
2. Once you upload, get a confirmation via email. Send an email to include the names and addresses of any additional witnesses or signers.
3. During the session, you will need your ID to be verified and your documents electronically signed.
Once the notarized is completed, all signers will be emailed the final copy.

    Our Process

    BesteNotary’s Notarization Process

    Step 1:

    Follow the email invite to join the session

    You will receive an email confirmation after you schedule your appointment.

    Step 2:

    Send Documents

    Attach the document. Include names and email addresses of any additional witnesses or signers.

    Step 3:

    Prove your identity

    You will be required to electronically sign and verify your ID during your meeting.

    Step 4:

    Place Electronic Seal

    After all signers have signed, the notary will place their electronic seal on the document.

    Step 5:

    Receive Documents

    Once the notarized copy is completed, all signers will be emailed the final copy.
